PE at Home

We all know how important physical activity is for everyone's physical and mental health. It is possibly more important than ever to keep our young people active. 
 
Without the structure and routine of school pupils can become inactive effecting their mental and physical health. 
 
We have put together a list of free online resources that can support pupils to achieve their active 60 minutes each day. 
 
We have also put on some videos that we here at the PE and School Sport Service have created.
